Voices of Glory
North Valley Chorale presents Voices of Glory — a stirring celebration of America’s 250th anniversary filled with truly glorious music.
The concert, under the direction of Eleanor Johnson, opens with Daniel Pinkham’s electrifying Gloria and concludes with John Rutter’s majestic Gloria, framing an evening of powerful and patriotic favorites.
Joining the 60-member choir are orchestra and organ for a rich program featuring Down by the Riverside, Bugler’s Holiday, God Bless America, Battle Hymn of the Republic, Strike Up the Band, When the Saints Go Marching In, You’re a Grand Old Flag, At the River, and Zion’s Walls.
